I had a disappointing experience with customer service. The General Manager was extremely unprofessional, calling me disrespectful names and even summoning the police to have me removed from the property. Went there today and it kept saying my card has expired or was declined. 'Would you like to renew your service?' I have monthly subscription and my account was still active and my bill wasn't due and I was good to go! I really don't know why their machine was glitching or something and gave me a awfully terrible time; but Mariana came out to the machine and then went into the office for a minute. She came back out and told me I was good to go! Kudos to Mariana!
Although I’ve been a very regular ‘VIP’ customer since the Dumfries location opened, I was informed back in June that my account was expired and I needed to re-register, which I did. Today, the machine was not reading my license plate correctly. Mariana came out to help; I explained what was happening. She went into the office and came right back to me within a matter of minutes. She said the system was showing an ‘expired’ account and an ‘active’ account. She took care of the situation like a pro. Kudos to Mariana!
