Horrible customer service. 1- been a customer for at least 3years. Had an issue, and reached out to her because what she advertised was not true or it was not working. A coworker recommend this place to me and I Googled it. First time going into the store today and the owner Aqila Augusta was very understanding of my hair situation and her spirit was true to her bio, great customer service and I loved that about her. Being a person of color who suffers with hair loss you want someone who is understandable and Aqila is truly that. Got my first product can't wait for the process to begin 😊
