Ms. Gillette took a large retainer and was provided a detailed survey (cad file/hard copy), initial client floorplan, and lengthy detailed description of clients ideas and desires. After many exchanges of .pdf and .JEG files it became apparent that Ms. Gillette was unable to follow even the simplest of requests (i.e. all interior doors to be 3080, window sizes and height off the floor) even after repeated requests by client to make the changes.
