Nick, Geoff, & team were great to work with. Accommodating, communicative, and solid workmanship.
Very nice people. They were wicked nice on the phone, and even better people in person. Jeremy and Zach are very professional installers, very easy to be around, and they cleaned up and put things back. Our Samsung heat pumps work great and are very quiet and efficient. This has been a wet March and April (2025), can't wait to see how well these units work in August.
From the very start , and all through the process of installing a heat pump, this company made it easy. I'd recommend anyone to have them install a heat pump for you.
We used Edge Energy to supplement our home's heat pump capacity in 2022 after a bad experience with our original vendor. The installation work for the new units using our existing condenser was well done. After a couple of years, we had problems with the condenser likely due to chipmunks nesting in the unit over the winter. Edge came back and made several replacements to components before concluding that the whole unit had to be replaced. Edge Energy did an outstanding job installing my new heat pumps. I highly recommend them. They were punctual, neat, and pleasant to work with. They were flexible in their scheduling and worked well with other contractors. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
