Do not recommend – caused furnace damage and refused responsibility Edge Energy performed an energy audit at our home in January 2025 that resulted in serious damage to our furnace. The auditor failed to turn off the pilot light during testing—something our HVAC technician described as basic “Furnace 101.” As a result, internal components burned and the furnace became inoperable.
