Horrendous customer service. Failed beauty treatments. I’ve never had to leave a bad review for a salon before. Called up the day of getting a lash tint & lift, and eyebrow lamination. Advised salon the lash lift and eyebrow lam failed (I was extremely polite and fair about this). Asked kindly for a refund and to not be unfair, to only keep the money for lash tint. This was my first time visiting this salon, and it turned out to be the most pathetic and non‑empathetic experience I’ve ever had at a place that claims to offer haircuts for children. The stylist was extremely rough with my 5‑year‑old — within seconds he was teary and visibly distressed. When I politely asked her to be gentle, she said she “cannot be gentle,” refused to continue the haircut, and even told me to “shut up.” No parent should ever have to watch their child be treated this way.
