I brought my BOSCH roto hammer in on April 8th to be repaired. The drill function was working fine, but the hammer function had stopped working. It took Edge about two weeks just to ship the tool out for service. After that, I never received a call with an update or estimate for the damage, even though I was willing to pay for the repair.
