I brought my BOSCH roto hammer in on April 8th to be repaired. The drill function was working fine, but the hammer function had stopped working. It took Edge about two weeks just to ship the tool out for service. After that, I never received a call with an update or estimate for the damage, even though I was willing to pay for the repair. They have good stuff here, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.
Very convenient and fast service for construction supplies and materials.
I'm not a contractor ("I'm just a girl whose intentions are good") but this place treats everyone well. I needed some Pferd Combiclick sanding disks and Edge had them in stock, fairly priced, and sent me on my way.
