I have had a great experience living in this building. Especially due to my job transition, I was in a tough situation and was in need of something flexible. I had a great experience working with Evan. Even though, they have yearly leases, Evan was very helpful and understood the situation I was in and made it work for me. He ensured that I was provided with the right unit and the required flexibility I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to others and working with Evan!
Rented here for a year. Maintenance staff was very rude and unresponsive even when I did not have hot water for weeks. Hallways smelled like smoke and elevator had constant issues.
The staff and maintenance here are wonderful. The place is clean, beautiful and close to everything and for the price I can’t imagine how anyone could complain. I’ll be honest they did have one Property manager that was a bit rude But he doesn’t work there anymore. I hate for one bad employee to make the rest look like they aren’t doing their job or treating the tenants with respect. It’s no Seaport but compared to the price and getting to Live downtown in close proximity to the train I thought it was a good move.
I’ve been living in this apartment for over four years and I have a few observations that will benefit future renters This apartment is in a beautiful location in the middle of everything. Shopping, colleges and bars fill the streets and they are easily accessible. Two elevators access all of 15 floors. There is a guarantee that at least every other month one elevator will be down. If you are disabled of any kind, there will be trouble.Cold water in the winter time will happen to you, It’s not a matter of “if” it’s a matter ... read more
While the apartments are pretty and clean, the management is god awful. There’s always one problem after the other. I had no hot water in January and February, which is the worst time of year to have to shower in freezing cold water. The pipes are cheap and cause big leaks, and management takes their sweet time turning on the AC in the units. I had to endure 85 degree temperature in my apartment for two weeks because of their arbitrary rules for turning the AC/heater on and off. There was a couple of weeks when the phone lin... read more
