Edge Body Boot Camp has been a very positive experience for me. The coaches and peers are so welcoming, challenging and supportive I joined for strength and flexibility which I was loosing with age. I feel much more confident and know that the effort put in is helping with injury prevention. I’m so glad I found EBBC.
Edge Body is the best! As a person who tends to get bored with workouts if they're repetitive, I haven't been bored once here. It's different and challenging everyday and no one makes me feel dumb when I don't know what's going on (which is often, haha). The coaches and members both are encouraging and supportive of everyone there, from beginners to those in need of a challenge. An effective, welcome environment that has already helped me feel stronger, two months in to being a member. Thanks, Missy + crew!
