UNFAIR CHARGES I truly thought I was done with this place—until I found out, two years after moving out, that they reported me to collections without ever notifying me. They charged me for carpet damages I had specifically asked them to fix when I first moved in. By far the worst place to live don’t go. I am stuck in a lease until July and they will do nothing about my nasty and disrespectful roommates. They said they will put a notice but I have lived there for 4 months and put in multiple complains. I also had a man in my room without any notice when I informed the office I was sick. Honestly don’t move here. This the by far most place I ever live that was horrible.
Lived there 2 years ago for 4 years lovely community especially for students and great staff. Spoke with Jesslyn the other day for some help on my previous account and she was extremely helpful and patient. 10/10 definitely recommend.
Unfair Charges and Poor Tenant Treatment My experience with Edge has been extremely disappointing. As a tenant, I was unfairly charged for damages that I did not cause. Rather than providing a transparent and fair service, it seems their priority is to increase fees by holding tenants responsible for unjust charges.
