We are extremely happy with our decision to move here. Hanna the property manager is great, very responsive whether it’s helping with lost mail or any other issue that arises. We enjoy the pool & hot tub, dog park, and being so close to Howarth Park!
I live next door to this apt.complex and called last month to leasing office. I was greeted by an extremely rude Spanish speaking woman. I called to complain about a dog that barks 24 hour's a day. Her response was "well call the police!!" I told her the police have more important thing's to do than to go the apt. to address the situation and if she was the Apt. FPI managment , managing these apratments is unprofessional and has repeatedly breached contract by entering my home without notice or permission. I've brought it to their attention and tried to go up the ladder but the management is incompetent and unresponsive.
