Easy and smooth rental for the day. Friendly service from the staff. I picked up the bike at 9:30 am (I was running late) and dropped off at 5pm. It was set-up for my height and in new condition and all ready to go. The shop is on the edge of Edgartown near the Stop N Shop which is easily accessible. A clean helmet provided (and adjusted before I set-off) as well as a bike lock. Just rent and go without any issues. A great way to get around as cover a lot of ground - I went over to Chappy - in the area quickly.
Terrible experience. I do not recommend this place. I brought my bike in just to fix a flat tire, and they charged me $130 for what should have been a simple repair. To make matters worse, they returned my bike with another problem. I was very disappointed and felt taken advantage of. People work hard for their money and deserve honest prices and quality service. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
Excellent service and attentive staff.
Super friendly and made sure we understood the operation of the electric bikes. Provided helmets, locks and each bike had a basket. The location is right on the bike path which made it super easy to get started. We were given directions for our trip with a map of the bike paths. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking to rent bikes.
When a business stands out, I feel obligated to give a review to acknowledge them and spread the word. This is one of those businesses. Have rented here before and had a pleasant and easy experience. But today, we brought my son's very mediocre entry level bike in for a quick once over as it had been sitting outdoors for the past few years while he was in college.
