I went there for a puncture repair. When we arrived, the place was extremely busy. However, instead of offering a drop-off option or suggesting we come back later, we were simply told to leave. I understand that businesses can be busy, but the lack of flexibility or willingness to help was disappointing. A simple option to drop the car off would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left us quite disappointed and we won’t be returning.
Anything tyre related go here! These guys are honest, professional, helpful and all round awesome. I had a screw in one tyre and a nail in the other that went completely flat. Roadside assistance had told me there was a possibility of a need to replace the completely flat tyre. 2 in person visits to other large tyre companies, resulted in "yeah you need a new tyre but we can't help you at all until at least Wednesday" after a quick glance at the tyre nor can we fix the other puncture until then. Absolutely a satisfying experience here to get my flat tyre fixed! Even though I visited during a peak time, the waiting was not long at all until I have my car back. The team is professional, patient, friendly, and efficient :))
I just had my tire puncture repaired, and I couldn't be more satisfied! The price was very reasonable considering the excellent service. The staff was extremely friendly, and the repair was done immediately. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
Came in yesterday for a second opinion after getting a flat tyre and being told by the Mycar down the road that it was not fixable and that id need a new tyre. I was greeted by a lovely lady who was not only super knowledgeable but was able to diagnose that my tyre could be fixed easily and that they would have it fixed within the hour!! I was ecstatic!!
