Excellent experience getting the tyres replaced. From calling to get a quote to finally having new tyres, the experience was seamless, professional, courteous and friendly. Kirri is a fantastic person. She's patient, responsive and respectful. Martin is super polite. Work was done with high quality. Prices are the most competitive and timely. Highly recommended.
Had a screw puncture in my tyre. Applied gel sealant to the tyre to get me going and was told by roadside that it would require a complete replacement. Called Edgars Tyrepower, they could fit me in same day, checked the tyre, and told me they could not only repair it, but clean out the gel sealant. Wonderful experience! Highly recommended
Dont waste time going anywhere else. The team at Edgars are friendly, honest and efficient. Second time with a tyre puncture and they came to the rescue again. First time they tried fixing before advising that I needed to replace the whole tyre. Second time lucky and a simple repair. Thanks again Edgar’s Tyrepower.
I went there for a puncture repair. When we arrived, the place was extremely busy. However, instead of offering a drop-off option or suggesting we come back later, we were simply told to leave. I understand that businesses can be busy, but the lack of flexibility or willingness to help was disappointing. A simple option to drop the car off would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left us quite disappointed and we won’t be returning.
Anything tyre related go here! These guys are honest, professional, helpful and all round awesome. I had a screw in one tyre and a nail in the other that went completely flat. Roadside assistance had told me there was a possibility of a need to replace the completely flat tyre. 2 in person visits to other large tyre companies, resulted in "yeah you need a new tyre but we can't help you at all until at least Wednesday" after a quick glance at the tyre nor can we fix the other puncture until then.
