I went there for a puncture repair. When we arrived, the place was extremely busy. However, instead of offering a drop-off option or suggesting we come back later, we were simply told to leave. I understand that businesses can be busy, but the lack of flexibility or willingness to help was disappointing. A simple option to drop the car off would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, this experience left us quite disappointed and we won’t be returning.

Very poor telephone etiquette. Lady who answered the phone at Notting Hill branch was very curt and cut me off while I was speaking. Spoke over me as well when I tried to seek clarification. Sounded like the call was an inconvenience to her.

I had a tyre replaced today, the team were so helpful and speedy in a quick turnaround. I am super grateful for the help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Absolutely a satisfying experience here to get my flat tyre fixed! Even though I visited during a peak time, the waiting was not long at all until I have my car back. The team is professional, patient, friendly, and efficient :))
