My battery died on my bike, your manager was kind enough to let me use an outside plug to charge for about 15 minutes, The restaurant, store and restrooms were all immaculate and will definitely return to sample products when carrot cake makes a comeback.
I recently hosted a baby shower for my daughter and son-in-law at Edgar’s Bakery, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the start, the staff was patient, kind, and so helpful — especially since I don’t host events often. I even changed the food order twice, and they were nothing but gracious. We recently had our baby shower at the Pelham location. Everything from the food to the service was outstanding and truly exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to have another event with Edgar’s.
This was my very first time in this very new store. My issue is with Sean, the district manager. Full stop. If this is the guy responsible for setting the tone and training everyone else, this place has a problem. I asked if I could use one of the small private rooms for a short meeting. The rooms were empty. No one was using them. He shut it down immediately and told me they’re $150 for two hours. Not flexible, not friendly, and delivered in a way that felt cold and awkward.
