Grits are really good country grits. Low salt so the customer can salt to taste, WAY better than The Pelham Diner. The Eggs Benedict were really good. Excellent choice of pastries.
Best breakfast I’ve ever had, and that says a lot. Bacon is incredible. Extra crispy, thick. Biscuit is wonderful, I wish they had homemade jams like some of the other ones.
The young lady who was putting out the different cakes was so sweet I enjoyed talking to since I found out we are both from Illinois. But the cashier needs to pay attention to what people order. Since I’m visiting I should have checked my bag before I left. But I pointed out to her I wanted one oatmeal and one chocolate chip pecan even my receipt says that.
