Trent is a jerk. Kept saying "it won't work" over and over without providing any solutions for writing on a cake. I had to bargain with him. Very poor customer service.
*****3/21/25. Ventured back to Edgar's. Walked past the case where brownies are kept. Ended up with 2 pecan sweet rolls and a slice of strawberry cake. Know the cake is usually good. Service was much better too. Thanks "Ginnie from the hood". lol****I learned my lesson. Third or fourth time I've bought brownies that were hard enough to break out their glass windows! If you know, you know...lol! Plus...SLOW as Christmas! *** Bought cinnamon rolls and coconut cake this trip. Verdict is still out. Service was much better.***
