This doctor , wow I had an appointment for my 11 month old baby girl , we waited about 2 months and less than a week before the appt they call us canceling and wanted to reschedule us 4 months further out because the provider is going to be out that isn’t our fault or my suffering 11 month olds fault that’s the providers fault , so why does the provider make the child suffer he should make time for this child not push them out 4 more months after waiting two months . Dr Rivera is so knowledgeable and was great with my son. He was very pleased when he heard how conscious I was of my child’s sugar intake and that made me feel proud as a mother. He related to my son so well and always made him feel special.
Simply amazing. Kind, compassionate, thorough. He listens. He makes the child feel safe and comfortable. He clearly cares and has a passion for his work. He has changed my child's life. We are so incredibly grateful.
I wish I could give Dr. Rivera all the stars! He listens and cares about his patients. I wish all doctors had the same level of compassion he has for his practice.
