The way this man talk to me like I was so beneath him. He kept cutting me off. The arrogance just all over the phone call. You're not even listening to what I'm saying. Then had the nerve to say do I understand I have to pay for the lawyer. Of course sir like what? He was extremely arrogant and rude and made me feel like I was less of a person compared to him. can't stand lawyers
