Worst experience through this Insurance Agency. Roberto is unprofessional, arrogant, and ignorant. DO NOT run any insurance though this Agency. They make Insurance companies look bad. Luckily I filed my claims straight through the company who was able to give me every LEGAL information I needed such as claims, parties, and Adjuster information. If I could give a negative star review I would. I was rear-ended by a person who was insured by this company. After waiting a few days to hear from their insurance company I was informed by my insurance company that I needed to call the party at faults insurance company. I called this Agency, as they cover the person at fault in my accident and was treated like absolute trash.
