I have seen Dr Bollegraf for a couple of years, he retired in January. It is hard to get through to the office. Persciptions are hard to get refilled even after an office call. The patient portal is a joke they don't answer that. Today I needed paperwork signed by a doctor and I was told my doctor retired go somewhere else. I will, unfortunately it is taking until July to get in at Coastal. Dr.Bollegraf was a great doctor. The nurses were great.MCR STINKS.
TL;DR- this place is a joke. only 1 provider and they haven't replaced the primary doctor yet... extraordinary wait room and hold times on the phone. completely incompetent staff. Update: the lapcorp order they gave me had an address an hour away. so I called back and asked if I could go to any of them. After the second time I got put on hold I just went to looked up the address. I kid you not, I WAS ABLE TO DRIVE TO A LABCORP BEFORE THE THE RECEPTIONIST GOT BACK TO ME. embarrassing. every time I come here it's an easy 40-60... read more
Whenever I call, I’m Always on hold for 15 minutes!!Even when I call to ask a question, the receptionist answers “is it ok if I put you on a brief hold” and instantly puts me on hold before I can say anything.
