Not a very competent individual. The cistern installation he did was atrocious. He clearly doesn’t understand what ‘locates’ are prior to breaking ground. Major electrical issues. Do not hire.
I contacted them after I tried to do a diy fix to my Naylor dock lift. Drew responded quickly, helped me understand the problem and dispatched his team. Jimmy then contacted me, and was right on it, and got it fixed, notwithstanding having to do a couple of corrections of my previous work, haha. Thank you for the quick response, especially after a diy, many contractors would have just hung up the phone or ghosted the email. Not these guys. Fast, and efficient. They know what they are doing.
Edgar Excavation just recently successfully completed the installation of a buried 4,000 gal concrete water cistern outside my house. It was a tricky installation with a 9ft. deep excavation and a large tank installation immediately adjacent to my house. They completed the job with great care and without any issues. Drew was great to work with. His pricing was very fair and his workmanship top rate. I am happy to recommend Drew and his company Edgar Excavation to others.
I had been researching dock systems for some time, ended up with more questions than answers. I gave Drew a call, he answered all my questions, met me onsite to clarify details and measure. Sent me a quote the next day, and we booked it. He arrived within the time frame he quoted, and installed the dock. He and his staff were polite and professional, and did a great job.
