They're Great! I had them build a computer for me to my specifications, and to some that might have seemed strange, but Roger (the owner) put the computer together himself and did a fantastic job. All of the employees were very courteous and answered all of my technical questions just as if it were casual conversation on the street. They have also been very helpful when I would ask them about add-ons or the latest video craze. I don't buy video games, but I like to be informed about trends. Ken Gave Inaccurate Information... Or Out of Date, at Any Rate. I am a long time customer of Edgar Digital and have been going to him for my computing needs for a number of years. I have found the staff there to be very knowledgeable, respectful and courteous every time I went into the shop whether it be for a serious repair - of which there have been many, and all taken care of very well - or just to buy parts for a (Computer) build. Customer service leaves much to be desired!--somewhat surly -- even downright grouchy... and defintely unpredictable. It can be a fair source for unusual and unexpected items, older components, and inexpensive. Looking for used computers and accessories you can often come up with something you wouldn't find elsewhere. The place is a cluttered, dusty mess, so check out whatever you buy carefully.
