The appointment began shortly after I arrived about 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time, which was nice. The Assistant was cordial and prompt. The Doctor began the interview exactly on time. The Interview was completed timely but the Doctor didn't appear interested in the results of the Dermatologist and didn't examine my left Shoulder or recommend any additional screening to determine the reason(s) for the discomfort only advising me to treat it with Tylenol. This was disappointing.
Dr. Cruz makes it easy for you to understand when he’s explaining certain things about your health. And the ladies that work at the office of very polite.
