I’ve been dealing with this office for over two years now, and the experience has been extremely frustrating. I had multiple teeth drilled that were supposed to be filled, but during a period where they stopped doing fillings, those were left unfinished. As a result, I’ve since lost a couple of teeth that could have likely been saved if the work had been completed in a timely manner. Communication is the biggest issue. I received a phone call today asking about my daughter and her appointment at 3 wrong its at 4 also the tone in voice was unnecessary when I literally have a appointment card saying my daughter's appointment is at 4 NOT 3. I will be finding a new dentist for my children.

WARNING do not go here If there was a negative option that would be what I would rate this place. This is the most unprofessional, traumatizing, unsafe, horrible, tortuous excuse of a dentist I've ever seen. They removed half of my friends teeth when she went in with the understanding that they where going to remove them all at once so she would only have to go through it once. Called February 25, was told they were not making appointments for people like me till June, called June 3 to see where I was in appointment making process, was told it may be as far out as December, this was before I gave them my name, asked after giving them my name, and got a very cocky comment something to the tone of , yes Mr. Elliott I will go thru the hundreds of pages of names to find out your place and get back with you🙄, I've bn a patient her, was contacted, June 4th after writing this post by a health department ... read more
