Doctors treat patients. When a patient in need calls it would be nice not to get a lecture about your $50 cancellation fee, but let’s address the health issue then we can talk about cancelling. I will happily send you a check and NEVER recommend you ever again as I do almost on a daily basis. You are a fantastic physician… it’s a shame. By the way, my mother died two weeks ago.
