Saw the “best stylist” for beach, low maintenance balayage and it did not go well. However, after speaking to the owners they ensured that my hair looked amazing after a colour correction by Rana. Best hair I’ve ever had and will definitely be back. Included some before pictures and the redo by Rana. I will say that staff were surprised at what the first stylist did but that also made me feel a lot better. We all have bad days but what’s most important is that they fixed it. For last 5 yrs i have been going to edessa, today when i went i found my preferred stylist doesnt work here anymore, i was still hopeful as others might be good as well. I waited 30 mins as my stylist was late, then as soon as she reached she kind of started rushing. Asked me to sit directly for the cut , when i asked what about the hair wash ?
