Got an amazing hair cut from Franca here at Edessa. The cut really looks good even after a couple of months which is really awesome. It was my first time ever at this salon and I was kinda nervous. To add to it, I had to wait for 50 minutes even after having an appointment. However, I could see how busy they were. I was very disappointed with my blow dry experience. The person doing my hair was in such a rush. I specifically told her that I don't want my hair to be flat at ends, how it's supposed to be in a blow dry. At the end when I pointed out that it all looks straightened to me, I got a reply- That's how it's supposed to be. On top of it they tried to charge me more even though they informed me a different price on the phone.I wish I could give 0 stars for the kind of service they provided. Rana is amazing! I’ve been getting my hair done by her for a while now, and she always does a perfect job with my color. She knows exactly what to do every time and I completely trust her with my hair. On top of being so talented and professional, she’s also such a sweet soul!! highly recommend
Krans is a mad genius! Had unmanaged longish hair and unkempt beard. Came out looking a much different man than how I went in! 10/10
