We rented a home managed by EdenStay for an extended stay and unfortunately the property was not properly maintained or prepared for guests. During our stay we dealt with multiple major issues including a non-functioning hot tub, loss of hot water, washer and dryer failures, and unauthorized service visits while we weren’t not there, which was a security and privacy breach..
