All around lovely environment! I'm there often enough, I just can't stay away!
They had a wonderful selection of hardwoods and tools, which will keep me coming back. However, the service was less than what I expected looking at the the other reviews. Staff was unfriendly and I felt like I was being a bother to make a purchase. Hopefully my next visit will be better.
Walked in at 4:45 pm, but were greeted enthusiastically. Helped immediately. Informed and courteous employees. Beautiful selection of wood options. We will definitely return.
I stopped in today and talked Tony Grimm today, I have never been into EdenSaw before, Very impressive products, BUT more importantly... Tony was very eager to help educate me in the products they sell. You don't get this level of enthusiasm from most specialty and box stores. Very refreshing. Thanks Tony!!
