Edenopolis Catering was fantastic! The food was excellent — we received so many compliments from our guests — and the spread was beautifully presented with a little bit of everything. Working with Richard has been such a wonderful experience. He’s incredibly responsive, professional, honest, and genuinely thoughtful. He goes above and beyond to make sure every detail is covered. From the very start, his communication was seamless and his guidance made the entire planning process so much easier. You can tell he truly cares about his clients and takes pride in what he does. I cannot say enough good things about Richard Vanderplas and his team at Edenopolis! Chef Richard just did the catering for our wedding reception, and everything from the menu design to the presentation to the service was absolutely outstanding. Our guests all raved about the food, which was personalized based on our requests and just exceptional! Everything was SO well done, and Richard is such a professional and a pleasure to work with.
