This place has a revolving door of personnel greatly confusing the people who stay here. Some personnel are caring and some are not. The evening staff can't be found at times, sometimes found in obscure placed on their cell phone. The food is not always good. Keep your people stocked with good healthy alternatives in their apartments. All care facilities are never as good as they cite.
Severely understaffed. This facility is not an assisted living community rather a fully independent facility. Really thought this would be a good fit but was deceived by staff and nurses. Being that Hubbell owns and operates this facility gave me peace of mind with the understanding that Hubbell would not want a bad reputation. I was so wrong.
