Great place with amazing, caring staff!!
Mom just arrived. Room very depressing. Mom given a sandwich that was terrible - bread was hard, like it was sitting out. Bright fluorescent light that hurts your eyes. No coziness. Worried about physical therapy coming in. Noticed they have job openings for physical therapists. Bed very small and narrow - afraid mom will fall out. One nurse said she could lower bed so it is 8" from floor, so my mom would only fall 8" out of bed. When my sister saw the room, she got sick to her stomach. We have to be positive for our mom. Not very good. They never gave my mom her lunch. They treated her poorly and she just wasn't happy there. Very disappointed in the staff and service all together.
Terrible place to work. You are not valued. And terrible place for residents to be. Staff does not care either does management. Only time they do work is when state pops up. Otherwise your family lights stay on while the cnas sit at nursing desks talking or on their phones.
