The association doesnt maintain tge facility - elevators are extremely risky.. the violations posted by inspectors. Pool is never ooen - its a trashy complex
Roach infested plumbing is ancient dirty lazy Maintenence man has a pool that you wouldn’t dare use lived there for five years worst experience ever it was cheap tho 🤷🏼♀️
Worst company every. Regularly, and I mean almost monthly, my water goes out for the entire day. No warning or notice or anything. I just wake up and the sink doesn't work. Great way to start the day. The garbage system is unbearable. Mounds of trash sit NEAR, not in, a dumpster for months. No recycling option. Pool has never been open since I've been here. Staircases are condemned and the company is doing nothing to fix them. I would consider this company 1 step above homeless level as far as living standards go. Mostly bec... read more
