Awful is the only word I can use to describe this place. DO NOT USE! go to a private garage. Took my partners vehicle in there for an MOT and service.. Firstly.. they found a few problems (of course) minor leaks but told us over the phone they were major failures of the MOT. It actually failed over a tyre.. the leaks weren't even on the MOT report. Told us it would cost £1600 to fix! Even though you can buy one of the parts for about £30.. After this they carried out a service (not a major service) and still charged us over ... read more
Terrible - my partner took the day off work to attend a pre booked appointment but was told on arrival they didn't have the parts. No-one bothered to call to tell us this so a day off work and 45 min drive each way was wasted. All it needed was a call to say the appointment was delayed....
Took car for servicing, told we must collect before 5.00, I dropped my husband off 3.45 and went about other jobs only to get a call from him that they failed the car as a tyre needed changing would not be in till the next day, could have called us but didn't...drove 45min back to collect him and still not had a call from them after I have called them twice this morning ... work full time so now not sure when we will get the car back? Won't be bringing another car here when it needs work...all because they can't use a phone ... read more
