I am not a fan of doctors in general, but once in a great while I come across an exception. Dr. Gary Eden is one of these. He is professional, skilled, and compassionate. I needed surgery, which ended up being much more complex than previously expected. Dr. Eden took the extra time (added over an hour to the overall procedure) to ensure the surgery was done properly. I called Dr. Eden’s office to schedule an appointment because I have a hernia that needs to be repaired. He basically told me he couldn’t do it because it may be too complicated. He said he’s cutting back on general surgery, and just doing breast surgery (trying to retire). It would have been nice if they would have told me that when I called for an appointment!!! I wasted my time and my money on copay. So so disappointed!
Dr Gary Eden (excellent surgeon) and his staff have treated me with total professionalism and tender care for many years. I'm grateful for their followup and willingness to care for all my health questions and concerns. Coming here is like dealing with trusted family. Wouldn't consider going to any other doctor!
Dr Eden was wonderful! He was thorough and I didn't feel rushed. He asked me a lot of questions. I felt extremely comfortable...great bedside manner! They got me in quick and even called me to follow up.
I called for a follow up appointment because I was having a pain issue and was put off for 3 weeks before I could see the doctor. My concerns were pushed aside when it probably would have taken Dr. Eden 5 minutes to look at my incision. I would not recommend him to anyone.
