All the employees were attentive, helpful, and respectful. It was a great experience and they took their time to help us, even though we arrived late. Ross was very helpful and even showed us some nice hats, which was more than we were there for. She was very kind and I would highly recommend them!
Had an emergency visit with Selene due to shoulder operation. i couldn't put on my compression stockings because my right arm was incapacitated. Selene showed me how to put them on using only one arm. She is an excellent therapist. I would not have been able to do daily routine without her help as my legs would have swelled up. She has been helping me for nine years . She is very patient, understanding and gave me an appointment on very short notice because she understood my situation. She's the best.
Have always had a great experience with Eden Spa Altamonte Springs over the years I have been going there. Today, was not one of them . I was paired with Ross, for my fitter , instead of my wonderful, kind and really caring professional Nicole, that has been taking care of me in the past. Not sure why I was given to Ross as opposed to Nicole but I was. Ross was extremely helpful, my mom lost her hair to chemo and couldn't find a wig that fits,Ross helped her choose and fit her,also she cuts the wigs to your preference..I am very grateful Selene helped my mom get fitted into a bra after a double mastectomy and reconstruction, she made her comfortable with no judgment, she is so sweet and kind! Very professional and discreet
