I hired Eden Sidewalk Contractors expecting reliable service, but what I got was delays and excuses. They promised the job would be finished in three days, but it dragged on for over a week. The workers left a huge mess behind and didn’t clean up properly. I would not recommend them to anyone.
The quality of work from Eden Sidewalk Contractors NYC was terrible. The concrete was poured unevenly, and parts of the sidewalk already look damaged just a month later. When I tried to call about repairs, they avoided my calls and gave no real support. Definitely not worth the money I spent.
This company is all about taking your money without delivering quality. They gave me a low quote at first, but once the project started, they added all sorts of “extra” charges. The staff was rude when I questioned them, and the finished sidewalk looks worse than before. Very shady business practices.
