This company did an absolutely terrible job repairing the sidewalks for five houses on Johnson Ave in the Bronx. At first, everything looked fine, but after the concrete had only about a week to settle and dry, the top layer already started peeling off. That should never happen with proper sidewalk work. When we raised the issue with Eden, the excuse we got was that salt used to melt snow must have caused the damage. I hired Eden Sidewalk Contractors expecting reliable service, but what I got was delays and excuses. They promised the job would be finished in three days, but it dragged on for over a week. The workers left a huge mess behind and didn’t clean up properly. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The quality of work from Eden Sidewalk Contractors NYC was terrible. The concrete was poured unevenly, and parts of the sidewalk already look damaged just a month later. When I tried to call about repairs, they avoided my calls and gave no real support. Definitely not worth the money I spent.
