An unrepentant elderly lady who rudely handles her high stuck up horse as she berates customers about items that have not been delivered. Despite my responsibility for my impatience, I did not realize the process outlined in the sales brochure regarding the 3-week delivery time due to state bio hazard regulations testing and so forth. Old bag should of just told me the 3 weeks delivery window for WA , not carry on talking down to me n argue about it on phone. This company does provide seeds services.
Don't waste your time. I just spent $200 on buying seed with several local suppliers and hundreds more to be spent in the next few months. Sadjy I won't be wasting my time with Eden. I tried very nicely pointing out a simple issue with the website and they were too busy to talk to a concerned customer on the phone and was just treated rudely. Not impressed. I spend a lot of money on seeds a year growing and wanted to support Eden. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on. Thanks
Eden Seeds are brilliant!!! I have been using their seeds for many years and always with great results, I like to support their passion for saving heirloom seeds. I also get a lot out of their email updates on seasonal ideas and new seeds.
