After spending $3,000 on a previous visit, we returned to have our jewelry cleaned, only to have one of my husband’s pendants ruined by the gentleman assisting us. We were planning to purchase additional pieces but decided against it due to this incident. Went into the shop 6 months ago with my boyfriend and we picked out a ring. Good experience in the store…. A week ago he proposed and since, TWO stones have fallen out of the ring and gotten lost. Have tried calling the store, emailing, even Instagram messaging and I cannot get in touch with this store. Can anyone tell me what’s going on? Is this place still open or did they sell a bunch of low quality jewelry and then leave town?
