Beautiful setting in upper Paradise. Very quite except for the occasional ambulance or such because it is close to the hospital. But that's a good thing for 55 and over living. In this mobile park owners don't rent their space, they own it. So you belong to a homeowners association. There is a lovely little lake/pond with fish, turtles, ducks and geese. A gorgeous creek!! Everyone that I've met is so friendly! Have yet to make a potluck with my parents at the clubhouse, look forward to that.
