Have been seeing doctors Ali and Islam for 12 years - very experienced and knowledgeable and thoroughly caring.
Reception is useless Never answers the phone
Be very careful while booking at this clinic as it is not completely bulk billed. This was my first visit to the clinic but it was not made clear that the $25 out of pocket charge applies to all appointments. Make sure you speak at the reception about the charges before your appointment else you will be forced to pay the out of pocket charge anyway after the appointment. Experience with the doctor was alright.
I got hand injury on 13/01/2025. Take Xray, the report shows "No acute fracture/dislocation. No significant soft tissue swelling". Visit the clinic 2 times to see 2 different doctor's opinion after the xray result. They don't even know how to open the xray image to have look. The first female doctor said it is ok, don't need to do anything. After a week, the problem still there, I book another doctor, it is male doctor, he give me advise buy deep heat cream and compression gloves and rest for 5 days. It will fix.
