Discrepancies between website and services offered. Hours posted on website and on indoor pool door did not agree to when staff were saying it was closed. Local teenagers snuck/broke into outdoor pool areas and were rough housing and vaping in pool and all together being disrespectful, made the resort feel unsafe as anyone could just break into the resort areas and security did nothing. So much better than the pictures! Multiple teams of basketball players and parents stayed for a couple of days. Before their games, in between their games and after their games everyone enjoyed everything the resort had to offer. The amount of staff around the resort was impressive. The pools and the grounds were immaculate. We will definitely be back!

May 2026 Update: our concerns were not addressed by management. We have stayed at Eden Suites & Resorts many times over the past 10 years, and unfortunately the experience has changed significantly for the worse. What was once a welcoming, well-managed property with a relaxing atmosphere now feels neglected. On our most recent stays, customer service was consistently poor.
