Wanted to like this place. The hallways smelled like a wet dog. The humidity on the first floor was terrible. Kids complained about being cold and sweaty all night. The mold in the bathroom was disgusting. The bathroom door wouldn’t open all the way and was scraping the ceiling. How is the door scraping the ceiling in the bathroom?! The amenities were awesome!!! Customer service was phenomenal!! Loved the activities on location tho it was very busy with of other guests. The only things I disliked was staying on the first floor overlooking the interior pool, when full, super loud. And other guests would put the lounge chairs in front of the doors. Parking was horrible I couldn't park in area where my room was. Front lit overcrowded. Finding myself to park in rear and I was located up front. We enjoyed our stay at Eden Resort. The pools were great and I liked how kid friendly the hotel was. I will say for being a more “luxury” hotel it wasn’t the cleanest. My biggest complaint being our room smelled musty. Almost like someone had an animal in it, and they had peed in the carpet. Our whole hallway actually had a smell to it. We stayed on the first floor which isn’t usually my preference but maybe the upper level rooms would be a bit nicer. Resort is beautiful with so many immunities . Rooms are very comfortable and clean . Thank you for a great stay
