I switched from Lakeshore Family Medicine to Eden Primary last year! It was the best decision regarding healthcare that I have ever made. It was a long time coming and so glad that I made the switch. Dr. O'Gorman and her staff are phenominal. They truely care about the patient and listen to what you have to say. They treat you as a person, whole person, instead of just scripts and dollar signs. I would recommend them to anyone!
Since it opened in 2023; Dr. O'Gorman has been on maternity leave for the same amount of time as she has spent managing her practice. It's now run by a PA that either doesn't care about or doesn't have the time for the details. I'd look elsewhere for quality care but that's almost impossible to find in WNY.
I have never had a doctor as attentive and thorough ever!

Dr O'Gorman is they absolute best Dr I've ever had and trust me at my age there's been more than a few lol.My Wife feels the same way and I can't say enough about her caring friendly staff.
