This apartment complex is by far the worse choice in Bradenton. I thought it was bad with the original management, but the new management "Aspen Square" is much worse. The ladies in the office are very condescending and will talk to you like you are a peasant. The apartments themselves are horrendous, mold on every window, cockroaches etc. If you do move in here, make sure to take pictures of your unit before moving your stuff in and keep a copy of what was wrong with the unit, IT WILL COME IN HANDY LATER (once you move out)... read more
