We have been using Eden's Pet Center since Ivy had taken it over from Red Woof We love the fact that our dogs love going there - they always take such good care of our dogs. Even when we've had an emergency and couldn't get back when we had planned, they were accommodating and wonderful. You cannot ask for a better place to care for your pets.

I have used Eden for several years. We had a Chinese Crested that was shy but she was always happy at Eden for grooming and boarding. Now we have a Morkie and she is also happy and receives the best care from the friendly and loving staff at Eden.

I've used Eden in the past and was very happy with them. I called last month and reserved their same run for 10 days starting 10/19/12. My daughter has a brain tumor and we are scheduled to go to VA to see a neurosurgeon who specializes in her condition. The lady at Eden remembered us and was very accommodating, making sure our dogs had the same run/kennel. I tried to call earlier in the week just to confirm, no answer. Tried again yesterday, again, no answer. Today I called and was determined to hang on till someone answere... read more

This was a wretched facility and I will *NEVER* board my dogs there again. I tried Eden Pet Center for the first time last month with my two small dogs. When I arrived, the outside facilities looked beautiful. However, as I came inside I noticed that all of the animals were being boarded in what appeared to be crates. I was still optimistic and was "okay" with this. retired MD, take my dog here. They are fabulous. Ivy and hubby are wonderful to the pets. Place is very clean. Ivy works so hard to go the extra mile for everyone. Not like other kennels. Saturday is their church day, so they are not open then, understandable. Reasonable rates. All my friends use this facility.

Great place. Clean, Friendly. Only down side is no Saturday's. If you need a Sitter for only Saturday, you have to leave your pet from Friday afternoon until Sunday morning. Other then that it is a great place to leave them and a great place to have them groomed. Prices are very reasonable.
