Eden Oak has been an extremely disappointing company to deal with. We have been trying for 3 years to get them to repair their poor quality building, and they never show up! We have a huge leak in our garage and the water is pouring in from an above poorly designed roofline and, in spite of many attempts to contact them, they still haven't fixed the problem. We have also been waiting over two years for them to finish repairs to the hardwood floor.
