Purchased Summerside Town in Oak Bay back in Jan 2022 but communication has been horrible. Still dont know if this is a fraud and my home will never be built. Last I heard from them was in 2025. I've sent several emails to Lucas Kartavicius without any response. Will probably be getting my lawyer and the media involved soon.
Poor communication throughout the entire construction process. On the other hand, the onsite construction workers and servicing personnell were very easy to work with. Deficiencies were handled quickly with repairs completed very professionally.
