Purchased Summerside Town in Oak Bay back in Jan 2022 but communication has been horrible. Still dont know if this is a fraud and my home will never be built. Last I heard from them was in 2025. I've sent several emails to Lucas Kartavicius without any response. Will probably be getting my lawyer and the media involved soon.
Poor communication throughout the entire construction process. On the other hand, the onsite construction workers and servicing personnell were very easy to work with. Deficiencies were handled quickly with repairs completed very professionally.
White pick up speeds and runs red lights. SLOW DOWN MARIO!!!!! You're driving a billboard
Eden Oak Homes exceeded our expectations with their outstanding craftsmanship. A special thanks to Alex Mileusnic for his invaluable guidance in choosing the perfect materials, colors, and patterns for our dream house. The builder's dedication truly showed, and though the wait was a bit longer, the final result made it all worthwhile. Highly recommend Eden Oak Homes for a job well done and thank you Alex!
