Best place to get gel manicure in town!!!!! Re team3andme: First, the owner is not Kathy. Are you sure you got the right place? I been with them since the day they opened. I know they are sometime can be busy, and I understand because they do a really good job. If some people don't have an appointment they are alway ask them in a nice ways to come back later, they are responsible in their job and take time with every single clients. The owner Kathy is horrible. She caters to the what is perceived to be wealthy and treats her ordinary repeat customers like crap. I returned the next day for a chipped nail for gel nails and she totally disregarded me as if I wasn't even standing there. Then after she threw her hands up as if I was getting on her nerves, while babbling on the phone. She said I don't have anyone to fix it right now. I want to premise this with the fact that I have had my nails done for over 20 years and have never had such a horrible and unprofessional job done. Went here for a full set of Gel nails for a VERY special occasion and the woman had no idea what I meant (I was very clear 3 times) I guess she gave me acrylics instead with just a gel coating. Then she had the nerve to charge me more for leaving them longer. BIG surprise 2 nails broke 2 days later, then 2 more 4 days after that, then the rest on my BIG day. I went to try to com... read more
