Excellent customer service state of the art nails, and beautiful atmosphere
Very disappointed with the lack of integrity at this salon. My teenage daughter specifically asked for a regular nail polish pedicure, not gel. The nail tech ignored her request, applied gel anyway, and then overcharged her. When I spoke to the manager, nothing was done to correct the situation. The tech was rude, argumentative, and refused to refund the difference despite admitting the mistake.
