I was pleased with the service there. But the last few times I've been treated it's been terrible. The gel manicure didn't last a week and the pedicure didn't remove the old nail polish and they didn't file or buffer the nail. They did charge for the full service though.
Tracy is truly amazing every time I bring her design she does not disappoint. However she wasn’t there when I arrived, so I had my nail done by another tech. And I have to say the design wasn’t perfect not even the shape. Ad for $95 you would expect to have a clean line design and shape. The gel even bubbled slightly. Not worth the $95 spent.
I would not be back. I was hoping to have an enjoyable, luxurious experience here. But I did not. When I sat in the chair the woman working on my toes and the young lady next to her who also worked in the salon kept looking at me and laughing and speaking in their language. I tried my hardest to ignore it. I even started conversation with them asking questions and what they recommend for me, to lighten the environment up.
