I keep trying to like this place because it’s so close but today was the final straw. The tech Cut my finger open and rolled his eyes when i yanked my hand away and said ow. I was bleeding and wanted to go wash my hands and try to sanitize thr wound and he tapped on my hand and pulled my arm back and went on with the manicure. I asked for a pink french and had to say that’s see thru 4 times and they still don’t look the way i usually get them.
